June Dairy Month Breakfast at Hidden Springs

Celebrate Dairy Month with us on the farm. Join Hidden Springs Creamery, Latarnia Guest House, and Birch Point Distillery for a relaxed morning of good food, farm views, and great company.

Sunday, June 14 | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Guests will enjoy a breakfast buffet featuring Hidden Springs cheeses, egg bites, breakfast sausage, a whipped feta tray with vegetables and breads, assorted spreadable cheeses with bread, and a watermelon feta salad. Coffee, tea, and water are included.

After breakfast, take a guided tour of the farm and learn more about sheep dairying and cheesemaking. The morning will also include a tasting led by Staci from Birch Point Distillery featuring their whey vodka and gin, crafted using the whey from Hidden Springs cheeses.

Participants will get a complimentary tour of the Distillery right up the road from the creamery directly after the breakfast where they can continue the celebration and purchase mixed drinks there. Our farm shop will also be open so you can take home your favorite sheep milk cheeses.
