Returns & Perishable Goods Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we are committed to making it right.
Reporting an Issue
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery to report:
  • Damage during transit
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect items
  • Quality concerns
To initiate a claim, please email us with:
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Resolution Process & Timeline
Once we receive your claim, we will review it within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we may offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:
  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Refund to the original payment method
Resolutions are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
