Shipping policy

We ship perishable cheese products using temperature-controlled packaging to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Orders are processed every Monday and shipments go out every Tuesday to ensure adequate weekday shipping for products to reach their destination, unless otherwise noted. Once shipped, delivery timelines vary by destination and selected shipping method. Tracking information will be provided once your order leaves our facility.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive your package upon delivery. We are not responsible for packages left unattended after confirmed delivery.
