Guests will enjoy a guided tasting of Hidden Springs cheeses under our outdoor pavilion led by our head cheesemaker, Amy Forgues. This is a great opportunity to explore the flavors of our sheep milk cheeses while learning about the craft behind them.

The afternoon also includes our Running of the Ewes experience. Watch the flock rush in from pasture for milking and step into the milk room to see the milking process up close.

While we do not have a liquor license and cannot serve alcohol, guests are welcome to bring their own beverages to enjoy during the tasting. Water will be available for anyone who prefers it.

Our farm shop will also be set up onsite so you can take home your favorite Hidden Springs sheep milk cheeses and products.
