A traditional sheep's milk feta, but lighter and less salty than a classic feta. This has been one of the most beloved cheeses at Hidden Springs. As a testament to its quality, Farmstead Feta was awarded 1st place in its category at the 2023 ACS awards and in 2024 a second place in the World Cheese Championships!! Each piece is individually cut and wrapped in an approximate 7oz size.
