Quantities are small because the cheeses are handmade and because the sheep milk seasonally, not year around.
Right now, the cheeses are available at Larry's Market in Milwaukee and at the Viroqua Food Coop in Viroqua, Wisconsin. You might also be able to get some by emailing Brenda.
